Hot Stone Massage Therapy
Balance and Restore
A grounding, nurturing treatment that will melt away tension.
I apply an aromatic blend before massaging you with the smooth heated basalt stones. They gently transmit heat as they glide along your muscles to melt away tension, stimulating blood and lymph flow to aid release of toxins and ease tight muscles.
Stones are also placed on your body and inbetween your toes to energetically balance your energy centres and promote relaxation. A facial massage with small, smooth basalt stones and a soothing scalp massage complete this deeply relaxing therapy.
